Founded in 1990, the company, through its subsidiaries and worldwide network of 18 offices, controls an international fleet of more than 45 vessels with lifting capacity up to 800 metric tons. Intermarine provides ocean transportation and marine logistics services with regular sailings in the Americas, West Africa, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, plus inducement voyages to Australia and other international ports. The company operates the largest U.S. flag heavylift fleet and controls Industrial Terminals, the largest project cargo terminal in the United States.
FinShip is a maritime and financial services provider with offices in Rotterdam, Piraeus, Istanbul and Varna. It is owned by its management and senior staff and by investors from the shipping industry. FinShip aims at developing long-term partnerships with ship-owners and financial parties, through which mainly European investment projects are facilitated and business operations supported.
Vertom Scheepvaart- en Handelsmaatschappij BV
Active since 1974, Vertom owns and manages a fleet of 40 coastal vessels with a capacity of 1000 to 28,000 tonnes. The emphasis is on the transport of dry (bulk) cargoes. Additionally, Vertom offers a range of maritime services.

MST Mineralien Schiffart Spedition und Transport GmbH
MST operates its own short-sea fleet, with a combined tonnage of 66,000 tonnes, mostly for dry and liquid bulk cargo. In addition, it manages another 60 or so vessels operating under time charter. Through the management company of major shareholder Jürgen Ruttmann, the company has an interest in Vertom.
